Each reservation must be cancelled 24 hours prior to arrival. That is at 3 PM the day before. Here after the whole stay can be held in account. More than 3 rooms is a GROUP. If you make a booking with MORE than 3 rooms, different conditions and prices apply If you have made a reservation with payment by bank transfer, we ask you to settle the payment instantlly. The cancellation deadline as mentioned above, is still valid after payment. If no payment is received, the day of your arrival, the reservation can be cancelled by the hotel. |
