Treck Hostel is a special youth hostel in an unbeatable location; The former brick factory Sugg & Cie, dating from 1854. Founded by a candle maker of Prussia, Keller Sugg, later taken over by the fam. Colpaert. There are four semicircular grouped cupolas of the relatively rare to see "monastic" type which are awarded each with a square chimney. This site is protected as a witness of a lost production.
What makes the hostel special? You can camp indoor! Ideal for people who like camping on a low budget, but have difficulty with the bad weather. You can stay in an originally decorated caravan, a dorm or a tent. The caravans come in different versions, so you have a retro, zen, graffiti and hawai model!
There is also a coffee bar - The Treckhaak - which provides a tasty and fresh breakfast for the guests and people from the neighborhood. You can contact the owners for any tips about big or smaller, local must-see, and to-do's.
