Article 1: Cancellation

If canceled by the tenant less than 30 days before the check-in date, the advance will not be refunded by the landlord. Another date may be chosen in consultation.

Article 2: Sublet/Visit

The lodger is not allowed to sublet the house, nor to lodge more persons than originally agreed.

Visits by other people than the lodgers need to be approved beforehand by the owner.

Article 3: Respect Property/ warrant

The lodger is to respect the house as if it was his/her own.

A warrant will be asked at the start of the stay of 200 euro cash, or the lodger needs to have this amount available until the moment of check-out.

Should there be any damage resulting from the lodger’s stay, or if there are any complaints about noise from the neighbours, the damage will be paid for from the warrant.

The lodger leaves the house in a decent and orderly state:

• All furniture in the original set-up
• Cutlery and tableware needs to be clean and in the original place in the cupboards
• All waste needs to be put into the waste-bins in the backyard, correctly sorted. If not correctly sorted, the owner will keep 50 euro from the warrant.
• Clear out the fridge, do not leave anything behind
• Put used towels in the laundry bin in the bathroom

Article 4: Pets/Smoking

Pets are not allowed in the house or the garden.  No smoking allowed inside the house. Smoking outside is allowed, but do not throw any cigarette waste in the garden or on the street.

Article 5: Risks/accidents

The owners of de Koperen Geit are not responsible for any accidents or theft on the property.

Article 6: BBQ

De Koperen Geit offers a BBQ and charcoal for the lodger to use. The BBQ grill needs to be cleaned after use by the lodger.
