  Have you received a gift voucher? Go through the normal reservation process and write down your discount code in the box 'special wishes'. You can pay for your reservation by bank transfer or you can contact us directly via [email protected]. We apologize for the inconvenience.

• Booking:

If we do not receive payment of the requested amount within three calendar days, your reservation is non-existent and we may have accepted another reservation in the meantime. We therefore recommend that you email us a screenshot/proof of payment of the confirmed payment. 

• Conditions for cancellation/modification of the different rates:
  • Standard rate/Wellness session:
    Free modification or cancellation of the reservation is possible up to 5 days before arrival
    • • Stay Longer, Save More/Non-Refundable Rate/Last-Minute Rate
        The deposit of the full amount is made at the time of booking. No refund is possible in case of cancellation, except in the cooling-off period of 24 hours following the time of booking.
