Check-in and Check-out Times

Check-in is between 15:00 and 20:00 on the day of arrival. Check-out is between 8:00 and 10:00 on the day of departure.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of a cancellation of a reservation made on the website, the following cancellation terms apply: standard rate: a reservation can be cancelled or modified without a cancellation fee up to 21 days before the date of arrival. For reservations cancelled 21 days or less before arrival, a cancellation fee in the amount of 100% of the total amount will be charged. In the event of a no-show, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total amount will be charged. In case of early departure, the full amount of the reservation must be paid. A credit card is only required to confirm / guarantee the reservation. Payment will be made at the property upon departure. Non refundable rate: the total amount (100%) of the reservation price, is charged at any time after the reservation. There is no refund. Special offers, gift certificates or packages may be subject to special conditions.

Credit Card Guarantee Terms and Conditions

A credit card is required as a guarantee for your reservation. To book with a credit card, the following information must be provided: card type (Visa or Mastercard), name and surname of the owner, card number, validity date and CVC code. Vila Edelweiss reserves the right to temporarily hold an amount prior to arrival. Vila Edelweiss will only charge your credit card if the cancellation policy has not been complied with or if you have made a non-refundable booking.

Smoking and Cleanliness

No smoking is allowed inside Vila Edelweiss. In the event of smoking, you will be charged the cost of deep cleaning in the amount of € 100. We do our best to make sure our guests are provided with clean rooms. In the event of considerable stains or damage to the hotel’s property, you agree to a cleaning fee of a minimum of € 50.

Parking Facilities

Parking in the Vila Edelweiss car park is at the vehicle owners’ own risk – the property accepts no responsibility for any damage that may be caused. Vila Edelweiss guests can use our car park free of charge. There is a  car park in front of the Vila Edelweiss.

Pets

Pets are allowed in Vila Edelweiss with additional payment 8 eur per day per dog.

Swimming pool

The outdoor swimming pool is open in summer  time and it is free of charge for guests of Vila Edelweiss. Use of the pool is at your own risk.

Swimming pool is open from 1 June till 30. September.

Prices

All prices are inclusive of VAT. The tourist tax in the amount of 1,80 eur  per person per day is not included in the price, children from 7. to 18. year of age 0,80 eur. A  buffet-style breakfast is not included in price of rent apartment.
