Welcome to Villa Fidel!

Below is an overview of all booking conditions. These should be respected at all times. These booking conditions are intended for the tenants and hereafter referred to as guests, drawn up by the landlord and hereafter referred to as Villa Fidel. 

To make a reservation within three months before arrival, guests must pay a deposit of 100% of the total rental amount. Payments on booking can be made by credit card (Mastercard or Visa) and bank transfer on our booking module. Eight weeks before arrival, a deposit of 400€ has to be paid for the house, this will be sent via e-mail. 

If cancelled more than five weeks before the arrival date, 100% of the total rental amount will be refunded. If cancelled more than four weeks before arrival date, 80% of the total rental amount will be refunded. Finally, if cancelled within four weeks of the arrival date, no refund will be given, unless otherwise agreed.

As previously stated in the General Conditions, a deposit of €400 is charged for the house during the stay. This will be refunded within two weeks after departure date or released back to the credit card minus extra charges such as use of the wine frigate or exceeding the number of kWh.

We reserve the right to change these booking conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the date of the last update.
