Main conditions and policy (Individual booking)

  • Less than 48 hrs before date of arrival: first night due.

We only use your credit card details to confirm your booking (bank guarantee). Payment will be made during your stay. A pre-authorisation of your reservation amount (excluding tourist taxes and extras) will be scheduled on your credit card 7 days before your arrival.

Special conditions groups (*)

  • Between 7 and 0 days before arrival: 100% due (**)
  • Between 21 and 8 Days before arrival: 50 % due (**)
  • More than 22 days before arrival: 25 € due (**)

(*) groups = reservations of 5 rooms or more

(**) non-refundable (the reservation will be paid in advance)

Groups of 5 rooms or more are only accepted from Monday to Friday from October to March, excluding public holidays and school holidays.
