Terms of cancellation:

Standard reservations:
You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before your scheduled arrival.
You can only cancel your reservation by sending a letter or an e-mail.

If you cancel or change your reservation within 48 hours of your scheduled arrival, or do not show up (no show) then the full amount for the reservation will be charged.

Non-refundable reservations:

You can no longer cancel your reservation. By making your reservation, you agree to pay the full costs of it. This applies even if you do not make use of the room you reserved. You can only your cancel reservation by sending a letter or an e-mail.

We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance with your insurance company.
