The Gîte XXV House is located in Couthuin in the Province of Liege. It is a perfect place to rest and recharge your batteries. This holiday home is equipped with beautiful rooms, all of which have an exceptional view of the Domaine Vins des Cinq vineyard, the Meuse valley and the forest. The location is quiet and peaceful. You will benefit from the XXV wood, which will allow you to go on beautiful hikes, cycling or mountain biking, trail riding... The region is full of fun and entertaining activities.

The Gîte XXV House consists of 2 adjacent units which can be rented individually or together. It is possible to divide the house into two independent parts. It is therefore made up of 2 gîtes for 4 and 8 people. It has 4 large double bedrooms, one of which has a private bathroom, and a 5th bedroom with two bunk beds and a single bed that can accommodate 5 people.

All cancellations must be notified by email to the owner at least 14 days before the start of the stay. The deposit paid will be refunded 100% if the cancellation is made 14 days before the day of arrival. Cancellation less than 14 days prior to arrival will result in the loss of the 50% deposit. If the stay is shortened by the tenant and if the responsibility of the owner is not called into question, the price of the rental remains the owner's responsibility. There will be no refund. |
