Cancellations must be communicated to the ZOLLHAUS in a written form (e-mail or letter). The following conditions apply to cancellations before the date of arrival, no-shows as well as early departures. More than 21 days prior to Arrival - no costs and/or annulations fees 21 – 0 days prior to Arrival - 100% of the confirmed room rate For reservations within the next 21 days or non refundable rated, the credit card is charged immediately. If the arrival is later than 21 days from the time of booking, the booking must be guaranteed by a credit card. By providing the credit card details, the Hotel ZOLLHAUS is permitted to charge the booked services 21 days prior to the Date of arrival to the credit card provided. The ZOLLHAUS reserves the right to determine individual annulations conditions contractual. The Houserules are part of our Terms and Conditions.
