Guarantee
The amount of the deposit is set at 200 euros per stay of a weekend (Friday - Monday), midweek (Monday - Friday) or week (7 nights: Monday - Monday or Friday - Friday).
The deposit, or remainder thereof, will be refunded to the tenant no later than 14 days after the landlord's departure, unless there is a valid reason (e.g. in the event of major damage or not leaving the apartment properly) for which a longer period is required to pay it off. to trade. In that case, the landlord will inform the tenant of this by e-mail, explaining the reason for this.
Cancellation by the tenant
You can terminate the rental agreement in writing or by e-mail, subject to the following cancellation conditions:
In case of cancellation up to 4 weeks before arrival: 50% of the total rental price remains due.
In case of cancellation up to 2 weeks before arrival: 75% of the total rental price remains due.
In case of cancellation within 3 days before arrival: 100% of the total rental price remains due.
If the accommodation is subsequently rerented, we will refund all costs.
If the total rental price can be refunded, €50 will be deducted as an administration fee. We strongly recommend that you take out cancellation and/or travel insurance.

If we are unable to offer the stay due to force majeure, we will refund all sums already paid and terminate the agreement.
