Conditions and cancellation policy

As a small-scale hotel, we will treat each cancellation separately. If we can find a new guest for your room we don't bring the recoverd amount in charge of your cancellation-fee. In all other cases the conditions below apply.

Main conditions and policy (Individual booking)

• Less than 48 hrs before date of arrival: full stay
• Between 7 days and 2 days before date of arrival: first night
• Between 14 days and 8 days before date of arrival: 50% of the first night
• 15 days and more before date of arrival: no costs

Special conditions (groups= every booking of 3 or more rooms)

• Between 7 and 0 day(s) before date of arrival: 100% of the booking
• Between 21 and 8 Days before date of arrival: 50 % of the booking
• More than 3 weeks before date of arrival: 25,00 EUR

 The applied amounts and percentages are to be paid by the guest.

Special conditions are prior to the main cancellation conditions when applied.
