Article 4 Payment and cancellation arrangement

1. After the agreement has been concluded, the tenant is obliged to pay the agreed rental price, as stated in the invoice accompanying the confirmation of the agreement, two months before the arrival of the stay. If the confirmation of the agreement takes place within two months before arrival, the tenant is obliged to pay the agreed rent immediately, but no later than one week before arrival.

2. In the absence of timely payment as referred to in the first paragraph, Camping Siesta is entitled to terminate (cancel) the agreement. The tenant is liable for all damage that Camping Siesta suffers or will suffer as a result, including all costs that Camping Siesta has had to incur in connection with the agreement and its dissolution. Camping Siesta is in any case entitled to charge cancellation costs per accommodation. In that case, the cancellation costs are laid down in paragraph 6 of this article applies.

3. Camping Siesta always has the right to set off claims against the tenant for whatever reason against the amounts paid by the tenant for whatever reason.

4. In the event of premature cancellation by the tenant, Camping Siesta is entitled to compensation. In the event of cancellation, this will be a percentage of the invoice as follows:

a. Up to 2 months before arrival: 25%;
b. Up to 1 month before arrival: 50%;
c. Within 1 month before arrival: 75%.
