CANCELLATION CONDITIONS Below you will find the conditions applicable in the event of cancellation. The amounts and percentages shown must be paid by you. When applied, the special conditions take priority over the generic ones. Generic conditions: - Individual bookings (maximum 2 rooms - reservations for less than 7 days): if cancelled up to 72h before arrival date, no fee will be charged for the reserved room(s). In case of cancellation less than 72h before arrival date or no-show, the total reservation will be charged. - Groups (from 3 rooms - reservation for 7 days or more): Cancellation more than 6 weeks before arrival date: 0% Cancellation more than 4 weeks before arrival date: 30% Cancellation more than 14 days before arrival date: 75% Cancellation more than 7 days before the effective date: 100% Cancellation 7 days or less before the effective date: 100% |
