We apply the following cancellation policy:

- In case of cancellation within 24 hours of booking you are entitled to a full refund of the booking amount. Did you send us an e-mail but did not receive a reply? No worries, we take as cancellation date the moment you sent us your email.

- If you cancel up to the 42nd day before the start of your stay, the cancellation costs are 30% of the travel sum.

- For cancellations between the 42nd and the 28th day before the start of the stay, the cancellation costs are 60% of the travel sum.

- For cancellations between the 28th day and the first day of your stay, the cancellation costs are 90% of the travel sum.

- If you cancel on the first day or later, the cancellation costs are 100% of the travel sum.

If a booking is rescheduled, the cancellation conditions of the first arrival date apply.

When a booking is rescheduled, the cancellation conditions of the original arrival date apply. We do this because we initially held a period for you, if the booking is rescheduled we will no longer receive any payment for this period, this period has been blocked for you.

The legal right of withdrawal is excluded with regard to renting holiday homes. If a booking has to be cancelled, please let us know as soon as possible.
