Rooms apart:

cancellation free of charge until no later than 48h before the day of arrival (00h00). After that, the first night will be charged without the extras.

Holiday home: 

Before 90 days before the day of arrival: deposit of 30% of the total amount without extras (bed and bath linen, cleaning).
Between 90 days and 30 days before the day of arrival: 60% of the total amount without extras (bed and bath linen, cleaning).
Between 30 days before the day of arrival and the day of arrival: 100% of the total amount without extras (bed and bath linen, cleaning).
