A reservation can be cancelled until 48 hours before the date of arrival without any charges. This delay passed or in case of no-show, the first night will be fully charged.

Rooms reserved at the non-refundable rate have no free cancellation possible. All reservations are final and will be fully invoiced in the event of a no-show or cancellation.

We recommend you to complete a "travel insurance" which will reimburse you the arising cancellation fees. Such insurance may be included, for example, in your house insurance, credit card or automobile club membership.

No refunds for late arrival or early departure.

The credit card you gave on reservation as guarantee will be pre-authorized about 20-14 days prior to your arrival for the amount of the 1st night and for non-refundable reservations the entire stay will be pre-authorized.
This transaction is not a payment. The total payment for your stay will still need to be carried out on the day of your arrival; as indicated by the booking confirmation, each payment needs to be carried out in person.
If in any case the pre-authorisation leads to the money being deducted by your bank/your credit card company, as soon as the payment is carried out on the day of arrival, the pre-authorisation will be cancelled and you will be refunded by your bank/your credit card company.
As the pre-authorisation is not a payment, we do not receive any money and are not responsible for eventual delays in the refund which is handled by your bank/your credit card company. We suggest that you get in touch with your bank/your credit card company for further information.

All reservations (standard or non-refundable) are payable locally on arrival.
