PAYMENT DETAILS

We ask for a payment of 50% of the total amount, either by online payment via the website or by bank transfer within 7 days after your reservation. As soon as we receive the payment, your reservation will be effective.

The balance will be payable at the latest 30 days before your arrival.

SURCHARGES

For the cottages, villa, gite and apartment surcharges apply for heating and electricity, as a warranty to be paid at your arrival. You can find these in the room-info.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In case of cancellation, the following charges will apply: 

• from 55 to 30 days before the beginning of the stay : 10 % of the rental price with a minimum of 25 € (booking fees) 
• from 29 to 15 days before the beginning of the stay : 50 % of the rental price 
• from 14 to 8 days before the beginning of the stay : 75 % of the rental price 
• from 7 days before the beginning of the stay to the day of arrival included: 100 % of the rental price. 

If you have to interrupt your stay or if you have booked with a non-refundable rate, the rent is due in full.

OPENING HOURS

Reception is open every day from 9:00 to 12:30 and from 13:30 to 18:00.

The swimming pool is closed on Mondays, except during school holidays.
