GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND CANCELLATION POLICY 1) Tranquility rate, long stay, breakfast included and packages: free cancellation - If cancelled up to 24 hours before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. - If cancelled later than 24 hours before date of arrival or in case of no-show, 100 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged. - A credit card is required as security. 2) Advantage rate - The total amount of the reservation will be charged at the time of booking and is non-refundable. The dates of your stay cannot be changed either. 3) Payment guarantee A guarantee of payment is required (a valid credit card). If you do not provide one in time : - The reservation could be cancelled - In case of a last minute reservation, the room will not be guaranteed after 6pm on the day of arrival. - Payment will be required at check-in. - A security deposit will be required if a credit card is not presented at check-in. 4) Supplements - 1€ per room, per night, per person, will be added as a tourist tax of the City of Profondeville. - Unless otherwise stated, breakfast is not included in the room rate. 5) Non-smoking hotel - The hotel is strictly non-smoking. A fine of 250,00€ will be charged on the room of the offenders. 6) Children, babies and extra bed - The stay of a baby (from 0 to 24 months) is charged 30€. A baby bed is available. - There are no extra beds available. 7) Pets - Animals are not allowed on the hotel grounds. 8) Important A valid identity document and a credit card will be requested upon arrival. If the name on the ID card or passport does not match the name on the credit card, written authorization from the cardholder must be presented. |
