Below you will find the conditions in force in the event of cancellation. The amounts shown must be paid by you. These conditions take precedence over the general terms and conditions. Non refundable rate: In case of cancellation, change of reservation or no-show, the charges are equal to the total price of the reservation. The total price of the reservation will be charged at the time of booking. Standard rate: In case of cancellation, reservation change or no-show less than 7 days before arrival date, the cost is equal to the total price of the reservation. We do not accept groups above 8 persons. Taxes 2024 : City-tax (12.5%) always excluded in the roomprice If you wish to pay by creditcard, there is an additional 2% charge for administration costs.
