Cancellation policy: Cancellations and changes made up to 7 days prior to arrival date are free of charge. Cancellations and changes made up to the penultimate day will be charged at 50% of the tour price. Cancellations and changes made the day before or on the day of arrival, as well as no-shows, will be charged at 80 percent of the tour price. Cancellation policy - groups (3 rooms or more): Cancellations and changes made up to 4 weeks before the date of arrival are free of charge. Cancellations and changes made up to 14 days before the date of arrival will be charged 20% of the tour price, up to 7 days before the date of arrival 50% of the tour price. Cancellations and changes made after this date, as well as no-shows, will be charged at 80 percent of the tour price. |
