Check-in at the day of arrival is possible from 3 pm (15:00) to 10 pm (22:00). Check out at the day of departure until noon (12:00).

Do you need an invoice of your stay? Please let us know by email to ensure that we can provide an invoice with the correct data. Invoices are sent by e-mail by deafault. If you wish to receive an invoice by mail, shipping costs of € 2.50 will be charged.
Purchase conditions that are in conflict with these conditions are rejected explicitly.

This is the cancellation policy that apply on online bookings:
*For individual bookings up to 3 rooms and / or up to 3 nights, cancellation is free of charge up to 2 days before arrival. If a cancellations between 2 days before arrival and the arrival date is made or No-Show: 100% of the first night will be charged.

Credit cards are required to guarantee the bookings. A pre-authorization may be made. The actual payment will be in the hotel. This is possible with cash, debit and credit card.

*For bookings with 3 rooms or more and/or 3 nights additional conditions may apply. A deposit may be required. If so, you will recieve an email from us. In case of cancellation between 2 weeks and 1 week before arrival 50% will be charged. Less than 1 week: 100% of the reservation will be charged

*Offers that are marked as "Internet creditcard Payment" or "Smart Deal" are non-refundable and your card will be directly charged with the total amount of the booking. These bookings are not refundable.

For all bookings: changes made after check-in date are not refundable.
