• The room price is excluding 6,43% city tax.
• Check in to our hotel is possible when at least one person per room is 18 years or older.
• Children until 2 years old can stay for free in the room when using a baby bed or the existing bedding. Children 3 years and older need their own bed in the room.
• When you book a Non-Refundable rate, it is not possible to cancel or change your booking. You will receive a payment link by email. If you have not made the payment within 24 hours, the reservation will be cancelled automatically.
• When you book the Flexible rate and you have provided a credit card as guarantee for the reservation, you can pay on arrival in the hotel. Accepted payment forms are Visa, Mastercard and Maestro. Please note we do not accept cash.

Please find below the conditions for cancellations.

• If you have booked the Flexible rate and wish to cancel your reservation, you must inform us of this no later than 2 pm the day before arrival. After this period we will charge the cost of the first night of the reservation on the credit card provided.
• If you have booked the Flexible Rate and you do not check in at the scheduled date, we will hold your reservation until 11.00 o’clock the next day and we will charge the first night.
• If you have made a reservation with the Non-Refundable rate, cancelling or changing is no longer possible. In this case, the entire amount will be charged and there will be no refund of costs already paid.
• If you booked the Non-Refundable rate and you do not check in at the scheduled date, we will hold your reservation until 11.00 o’clock the next day and there will be no refund of costs already paid.
